BTC Sunday Update: Support Holding, Liquidity Risks, and Altcoin Setups

BTC is holding strong support, with R:R favoring longs unless $98K (1W50EMA) gets retested. Liquidations lean upside, with $106.9K a key liquidity zone. Sentiment is bearish, but setup favors recovery. Watching alts like $ASTER, $XPL, $APEX, $AVNT.

$BTC Sunday update:

Price is above a strong support. I bought in this zone because I think the R:R is pretty good given this zone will probably hold.

Otherwise we'll see a new retest of the 1W50EMA at $98k. I see it less likely, but left some orders placed in case.

Liquidations are mainly to the upside, and I'm not surprised after the drop on Thursday.

Some liquidations at $106.9k - could indicate a liquidity grab in that support zone but not guaranteed.

We saw yesterday that the delta liquidations were at medium risk of a short squeeze.

I like when the market sentiment is bearish after a correction during a HTF uptrend.

I think it's the case - a drop below $100k seems to be the market consensus right now.

So instead, I'm inclining more towards a recovery from here or the liquidity grab at $106.9k and then up.

• Cheeky bids on volatile ones: $ASTER, $XPL, $APEX, $AVNT
• Major altcoins setups
