AI testing tool e2e secures $8 million in funding, open-source version records over 1.5 million downloads in its first month.

Beating AI News Flash: Y Combinator-backed startup TesterArmy has rebranded to e2e and secured an $8 million seed round. Investors include Credo Ventures, Point Nine, as well as co-founders of Uber and Snowflake. Combined with its prior $1.2 million pre-seed round, the company has raised a total of $9.2 million. e2e is an open-source AI automated testing tool built to verify that AI-developed software operates correctly. For instance, to test a membership upgrade feature, developers only need to input the instruction "upgrade account to Pro" — the AI will automatically locate entry points, click buttons, complete the action, and then use code to confirm the membership status has actually updated. The tool’s underlying technology integrates Playwright and AI Agents, allowing the AI to understand web pages and execute operations, while using traditional assertions to precisely validate results. It also caches verified operation steps: when running the same test next time, it prioritizes replaying steps directly, only re-invoking the AI if replay fails due to page changes. This cuts redundant inference costs and eliminates the need for the model to re-determine operation paths for every test. The team previously ran a closed-source testing platform called TesterArmy, but clients faced limitations including inability to manage test code alongside their projects, freely switch models, or run tests locally. On October 1 this year, the team open-sourced the tool under the Apache 2.0 license. The company states that in its first month post-launch, it received over 1.5 million npm downloads, earned 12,000 GitHub stars, and gained 60 external contributors. The company plans to launch e2e Cloud in 2027, which will offer teams cloud-based testing environments, model, and device resources, while the existing open-source framework will remain free.

Analysis: BTC encounters resistance at the upper bound of short-term holders' cost basis, with retracement watch levels ranging from $72,300 to $75,700.

Market analyst Murphy wrote in a recent note that reviewing the period from January to September 2023, BTC price encountered resistance at the 1-standard-deviation level above the Short-Term Holder Realized Price (STH-RP) line, followed by a pullback each time. Of the three pullbacks, the first perfectly retested the STH-RP line, the second dipped slightly below it, and the third landed between the STH-RP line and the 1 standard deviation below it. Murphy added that the current STH-RP stands at roughly $75,700, while the 1 standard deviation below it is approximately $68,900. Based solely on this pattern, there is a certain probability of three scenarios: a pullback to $75,700, a pullback to $72,300, or a level between the two. Murphy stressed that he is not aiming to predict market movements, but only to outline trading plans. Combined with his earlier analysis of the "Seller Exhaustion Index", BTC formed the second low of this cycle when it pulled back to around $77,000, only higher than the signal point recorded in August this year. The analysis is for reference only and does not constitute direct investment advice.

Yilihua: BTC is expected to rally to around $82,600, and will first hit the resistance level before determining its direction.

Yilihua, founder of Liquid Capital, noted in a post that trading data is likely more credible. Bitcoin has triggered a pullback amid its 40-day rebound requirement, calculated from the correction that began on September 22. After touching the downtrend line at $75,700, it rebounded quickly. Next, it will move up to near the upper channel of $82,600, where a strong breakout could lead to another pullback. The U.S. factor will serve as the core influence on the market moving forward. In summary, this rebound will first reach the resistance level, after which a direction will be determined.
