Bonk Guy responds to 'don't sell' doubts: Holding high-conviction assets for the long term is his trading strategy.

Prominent crypto trader Bonk Guy has published a post addressing public skepticism over his long-term refusal to sell tokens, with some speculating his holdings may be linked to market makers or funds. He explained that holding high-conviction assets long-term is his trading strategy, adding he does not believe a token’s price rally requires it to be sold, and his holding period differs from that of other market participants. In the previous market cycle, some mainstream meme coins reached market caps of over $1 billion, while top-performing meme coins and protocols hit valuations of $4 billion to more than $5 billion. He anticipates the current cycle could deliver stronger performance, so he is in no rush to offload his core holdings right now. He noted that PONS is the highest-conviction utility token in his portfolio, with a current market cap of roughly $400 million; USELESS is his most favored meme coin, boasting a market cap of around $270 million. Both tokens have yet to reach a $1 billion market cap, and their valuations are significantly lower than those of leading projects in the previous cycle.

Jiyuan Rhythm has open-sourced the 4B parameter decision model NeoHorse-Jev, which ranks first in comprehensive evaluations of open-source Jev models.

Beating AI Express News: NeoHorse-Jev-4B, an open-source decision-making model from Jiyuan Ludong (founded by Wang Yunhe, former head of Huawei’s Pangu large model), is built on the company’s NeoHorse-1-4B. Unlike standard large models that generate answers token-by-token, this model selects from multiple candidates, judges correctness, or assigns scores, primarily for agent tool selection, routing, and next-step action decisions. The developer aggregated results from six text benchmarks including JevBench, Kev, and OpenJev. NeoHorse-Jev-4B scored an equal-weight average of 77.70, outperforming the 9B-parameter Open-Jev (75.67) and Kev-4B (74.25). Note that the composite score was compiled by Jiyuan Ludong itself; currently only four open-source models have complete results across all six benchmarks, and NeoHorse-Jev only took top scores in two of them. Built on NeoHorse-1-4B, it uses prefill-only inference to directly calculate candidate answer probabilities, eliminating the token-by-token generation step common in standard LLMs. In tests with 1,158 text requests, the server recorded an average decision latency of 74.3ms at 32 concurrent connections, and a throughput of 347.05 requests per second at 256 concurrent connections. The model supports text and single-image inputs. Its weights, inference code, and deployment examples are all open-source, runnable via vLLM, SGLang, or local Runtime, and licensed under Apache 2.0.

Google will send four TPUs into space aboard a SpaceX rocket on October 1.

Beating AI News reports that Google is preparing to launch the first test satellite for its "space AI data center" research project, Project Suncatcher, into low Earth orbit. The satellite will lift off aboard SpaceX’s Transporter-18 mission, marking the first time Tensor Processing Units (TPUs) are tested in a real space environment. Built in partnership with Planet, the satellite is roughly the size of a refrigerator and carries four TPUs. It is not a full-fledged space data center; its main purpose is to test whether the chips can withstand launch vibrations, space radiation, and extreme temperatures. A major challenge in space is heat dissipation, as there is no air for cooling—each TPU can only run continuously for about 15 minutes before needing to cool down. Project Suncatcher’s long-term goal is to deploy a large constellation of TPU-equipped satellites in space, connected via high-speed laser links to form a distributed AI data center. Google plans to launch two additional test satellites in 2027 to verify inter-satellite connectivity.
