Circle announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Tazapay, a Singapore-based B2B cross-border payments infrastructure company. The transaction is expected to close in 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, including clearance from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Binance will delist the following spot trading pairs and halt trading on them at 11:00 (GMT+8) on September 11, 2026: OPEN/FDUSD, SAGA/FDUSD, and VELODROME/USDC. The spot trading bot services for these pairs will also be terminated simultaneously, with users advised to update or cancel relevant operations in advance.
