Tom Lee: The crypto market has hit bottom, the AI market remains very tight, and most investors have been washed out.

Tom Lee said in an interview with CNBC: "I believe we have already hit the bottom. Many hedge fund managers tell me the famous adage: 'Catching a falling knife is dangerous, because you never know how much more it will drop.' But I think we have indeed hit the bottom, for two reasons. First, the AI market remains very tight—it is not a market with overcapacity. We see constraints such as political resistance that have prevented more capital expenditure, which has indeed slowed growth, but has not formed a peak. The second signal, in my view, is crypto thefts. The $6.3 billion loss from the Binance hack barely caused a drop in crypto prices. If crypto were a leading indicator of risk appetite, you would have seen investors being washed out to some extent, but this incident barely hurt crypto prices."
