Cobo Wallet announced in a statement that its app services will officially shut down on December 1, 2026. Users are required to withdraw all assets and update Cobo Wallet receiving addresses previously set on other platforms by 23:59 on November 30. The notice warns that users who fail to withdraw assets within the deadline will incur account maintenance fees. This adjustment will directly impact users who still use the Cobo Wallet App for asset storage and receiving, and affected users should promptly confirm their on-chain assets, receiving addresses, and withdrawal whitelist settings on associated platforms. After the app shuts down, Cobo will charge a monthly account maintenance fee for any remaining assets in users’ accounts. The fee is calculated on a coin basis, equal to 2% of the remaining assets, with a minimum monthly charge equivalent to 100 U.S. dollars. Users who fail to complete asset withdrawals before the app shutdown will be deemed to have agreed to this fee arrangement. The statement did not specify the specific reason for the service shutdown, nor did it disclose whether other products or institutional businesses under Cobo will be affected.

Changxin Technology announced that it expects its operating revenue for the first three quarters of 2026 to range from RMB 265 billion to RMB 270 billion, a year-on-year increase of RMB 232.916 billion to RMB 237.916 billion. The company also projects net profit attributable to its listed shareholders to be between RMB 131 billion and RMB 132.5 billion, compared with a net loss of RMB 5.28 billion in the same period last year, marking a year-on-year turnaround from loss to profit. The company attributed the results to factors including growing demand for AI computing power and improving prosperity in the DRAM sector, which have led to tight product supply and sharp price hikes. Changxin is advancing capacity construction, product R&D, process technology upgrades, optimizing operational management, and expanding its market presence. Additionally, the company’s board of directors received a letter on October 16, 2026, from Chairman Zhu Yiming proposing a share repurchase plan. The repurchase will be carried out via centralized bidding transactions, with total funds ranging from no less than RMB 1 billion (inclusive) to no more than RMB 2 billion (inclusive), and the repurchase price will not exceed 150% of the average trading price of the company’s stock over the 30 trading days prior to the board’s resolution approving the repurchase plan. The repurchased shares are intended for employee equity incentives, employee stock ownership plans, or reducing the company’s registered capital; the relevant plan still requires approval from the board of directors or the general meeting of shareholders.
