Binance announced it has expanded its stock options product line, launching two strategies: Covered Call and Cash-Secured Put, allowing users to sell option contracts and collect premiums by providing corresponding collateral. The Covered Call strategy requires users to hold the underlying stock as collateral; if the option is exercised, users must sell the stock at the agreed strike price. The Cash-Secured Put strategy requires freezing sufficient USDC, and if exercised, users must buy the underlying stock at the strike price.
