According to Lookonchain’s monitoring, a user purchased 80 BTC for approximately $65,000 around four months ago, with a total investment of about $5.2 million. The user once recorded an unrealized profit of roughly $1.38 million. However, the user bought a Ledger hardware wallet from third-party dealer CryptoBillis a week ago and transferred all 80 BTC into it, only to have the entire funds stolen now. This incident is linked to recent fund thefts involving multiple CryptoBillis clients, though whether the devices were tampered with, the specific attack method, and the attacker’s identity remain unconfirmed.
