According to Bloomberg News, cryptocurrency exchange OKX has closed a new round of financing at a $25 billion valuation, with existing partners and hedge fund Qube Research & Technologies participating in the round. OKX said Circle Internet Group, Ripple, and SC Ventures, the investment arm of Standard Chartered, all took part in this financing round. OKX declined to disclose the exact amount raised, but noted that this round is an extension of its financing in March this year. Back then, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, invested roughly $200 million in OKX at the same $25 billion valuation.
