A dormant Bitcoin address inactive for over 13 years has reactivated, holding 801 BTC with an unrealized profit of more than $67 million.

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) announced that its ETH holdings have increased to 6.05 million ETH, accounting for 4.95% of the total ETH supply. The company’s total holdings of crypto assets, cash, and tradable securities reached $15 billion, with 5.23 million ETH staked. Based on the current staking scale, its estimated annual staking revenue is approximately $318 million. Over the past week, Bitmine added 10,452 ETH to its holdings, continuing its weekly accumulation strategy. Additionally, the company has repurchased 22.9 million common shares in 2026, with a total repurchase value of $399.6 million. That said, the firm’s assets are highly concentrated in ETH, leaving its overall holding value exposed to cryptocurrency price volatility risks, and its staking revenue also depends on actual staking scale and yield rates.

Bitcoin treasury firm Empery Digital (NASDAQ: EMPD) plans to invest $65 million to acquire a 25% stake in a private entity that owns an AI data center property in the U.S. Midwest. The facility currently has approximately 150 MW of power capacity and its own substation, with potential expansion to around 300 MW in the future. Per the company’s prior disclosures, the project will adopt a 15-year triple-net (NNN) lease structure, with total potential lease payments of roughly $10 billion. Under the original plan, the 25% stake held by Empery is expected to generate over $440 million in lease revenue during the lease term, with payments set to begin in early 2027. However, the related lease arrangements are subject to the final signed formal agreement. This investment reflects Empery’s expansion of its business from bitcoin treasury to AI infrastructure. The company previously stated that its capital commitment to the project is limited to $65 million, while the potential tenant will cover the costs of data center renovation, electricity, and operations.
