The company’s common shares will continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker “BNC”, while its warrants will be listed as “BNCWW” and “BNCWZ” respectively. BNC prioritizes engagement with the BNB community; inviting community input for the new name was among the company’s first such initiatives. The firm submitted four candidate names to the X platform for an open advisory vote, granting the community a voice in the decision. The five-day poll garnered 5,799 total votes, with “BNB Standard” leading at roughly 47% of the vote. Community members also shared rationales and alternative proposals in their submissions, which the board of directors reviewed before approving the new name.

AT&T (T.N) and Corning (GLW.N) have signed a multi-year agreement worth more than $3 billion, under which Corning will supply the fiber and cables AT&T needs for its network expansion.

The Bitcoin custody project BSTR Holdings, which he led, terminated its merger with a SPAC under Cantor Fitzgerald, and BSTR was ordered to pay a $15 million termination fee. Blockstream Mining, the Bitcoin mining venture he co-founded and holds a minority stake in, has faced multiple lawsuits against partner Exacore since spinning off from Blockstream, accused of defaulting on equipment payments, electricity bills, and customer deposits, with total related financing amounting to roughly $2 billion. Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) has signed a 25-year extension to its exclusive licensing agreement with S&P Dow Jones Indices, which will remain valid until 2051. CBOE stated that it may collaborate with S&P Dow Jones Indices to explore innovations for new products including tokenized options contracts.
