Aster launches Perpetual Grid 2.0 and kicks off a four-week liquidity mining campaign.

Aster has launched Perpetual Grid 2.0, alongside a four-week liquidity mining campaign with a maximum total reward pool of 140,000 ASTER tokens. The event runs from September 28 to October 25 (UTC). It is open to users running Perpetual Grid strategies on specified trading pairs, with no registration required. Rewards are distributed hourly based on each Grid strategy’s share of valid trading volume; the base reward pool is 10,000 ASTER per cycle, with potential additional rewards subject to market conditions and platform trading activity. The first week’s specified trading pairs include OURA/USD1, POLYMARKET/USD1, and META/USD1. Aster notes that Perpetual Grid 2.0 separates automated grid strategies from regular perpetual contract trading via dedicated Grid Bot sub-accounts, supporting both cross and isolated margin. In isolated mode, each account can run up to 50 independent Grid strategies. Additionally, Aster has launched a Grid Marketplace, where users can view strategy metrics including PnL, ROI, runtime, price range, leverage, and trading volume, with support for copying or reversing strategies.
