ZHIPU’s sharp drop has left its largest long position holder with an unrealized loss of $1.04 million, as their holdings account for nearly 30% of the market’s total bullish positions.

Per TradingBeats monitoring, the largest ZHIPU long holder on Hyperliquid (address: 0x8b3) currently holds ~74,200 ZHIPU long contracts, worth roughly $6.21 million, with an average entry price of ~$97.73 and an unrealized loss of around $1.04 million — making it the ZHIPU whale with the biggest unrealized loss right now. Over the same period, the unilateral open interest of ZHIPU contracts stands at ~273,300, with this address accounting for ~27.1% of the entire market’s long positions. The address has been expanding its long exposure consistently during the current price slump. After briefly booking losses on September 17, it continued to buy ZHIPU at $94–$94.98 between September 18 and 20, adding ~$2.88 million in long positions total, lifting its holdings from ~43,600 contracts to 74,200 — a 70% increase. With ZHIPU falling further to ~$83.7, this batch of new positions alone has incurred an unrealized loss of ~$320,000. Prior to this, the whale made a similar counter-directional position-increasing move on another large altcoin long, and was also the largest unrealized loss long holder of PONS. On September 10, it held ~$4.257 million in PONS long positions at an average price of ~$0.8598, with an unrealized loss of ~$1.701 million. It continued to add roughly $1 million in positions while the position was in the red, and has now fully stopped out.

Muse Exposed as Strikingly Similar to OpenClaw; Meta Admits 'Heavily Inspired'

Flash News from Beating AI Insight: Meta has responded to the controversy that its Muse tool resembles OpenClaw. Nat Friedman, product lead at Meta’s Superintelligence Lab, stated that Muse is indeed “heavily inspired by OpenClaw” but was built from scratch, not running OpenClaw directly. The community’s suspicion arose because the two tools’ workspaces are too similar. Muse was found to include files such as `SOUL.md`, `IDENTITY.md`, `USER.md`, `MEMORY.md`, `AGENTS.md`, and `TOOLS.md`—the same design OpenClaw uses to store agent personalities, user information, memories, and operational rules. Community comparisons also revealed the content of their `SOUL.md` files is nearly identical. Friedman did not deny these similarities. He explained that after using OpenClaw in January this year, he purchased hundreds of Mac minis for Meta’s Superintelligence Lab team, leading many members to subsequently start using OpenClaw and other personal agents. When questioned why even the filenames and `SOUL.md` were so similar, he replied that the team believed OpenClaw creator Peter Steinberger “got these things completely right.”

Trump bought shares of MicroStrategy (MSTR) in late July, coinciding with the crypto firm’s year-to-date low.

The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) on September 22 released its periodic transaction report (OGE Form 278-T), revealing that Donald Trump’s accounts purchased Class A shares of Strategy Inc. (MSTR) in late July. The 37-page document details 1,156 total securities transactions in July, including three Strategy trades: a sale of $1,001–$15,000 on July 8, a purchase of $1,001–$15,000 on July 24, and a purchase of $50,001–$100,000 on July 27. This is not the first time Trump’s accounts have held Strategy stock: the May filing covering January to March listed 8 total Strategy trades, while June saw 2 sales with no buys. The two July 24 and 27 purchases are new transactions in subsequent reporting windows, adding to existing positions. Per BIT (bit.com) market data, MSTR has surged roughly 83% since July 24, when Trump acquired the shares amid a tough period for Strategy. The White House has previously clarified that the stock and bond ledger is not traded by the president himself; holdings are held in a discretionary account managed by a third-party firm, with some transactions tied to model portfolios tracking established indices. Filings are still under Trump’s name because he is the beneficiary.

Muse's "calling on your behalf" feature exposed to partially rely on real people; Meta has rolled back the test.

Beating AI News Brief: Meta recently expanded testing of its Muse "call on your behalf" feature, but it has been exposed that some of the calls are actually handled by real people. Internal information obtained by 404 Media and Reuters shows that Muse can assign tasks to human contractors at call centers, who make calls and complete requests on behalf of users. Some testers only learned a human was involved after the call ended. Meta’s main motivation for this move is to boost success rates. Internal company tests showed that with human involvement, the success rate of call tasks reaches 95% to 98%, higher than AI-only operations. However, a practical problem exists: some businesses hang up immediately when they learn the other party is an AI. Community testers also reported that merchants hung up after Muse identified itself as an AI assistant. Human involvement also raises privacy concerns. Users originally assumed their information would only be shared with AI, but in reality, it may be accessed by outsourced staff. Some Meta employees have questioned that providing privacy training to contractors does not constitute a genuine security mechanism. A Meta official later admitted that failing to clearly inform testers in advance about human involvement was a mistake, and the feature has been rolled back. Meta stated that the calling function remains in testing, and it will only be officially launched in the future after addressing security, privacy, and clear disclosure requirements.
