OKX Wallet Launches Leveraged Trading, Supporting Spot Long and Short Positions for X Layer Assets.

According to official announcements, OKX Wallet has officially launched its "Leverage Trading" feature, integrating Aave lending and DEX spot swaps into a unified trading workflow. Users can go long or short on relevant assets on X Layer via their self-custody wallet. The feature is now available on the "DEX > Leverage Trading" page of the OKX App, requiring users to update the app to the latest version. The initial phase supports assets including BTC, ETH, and SOL. It is reported that users can view key information such as estimated transaction outcomes, borrowing interest rates, health factors, and estimated liquidation prices before placing orders. Each on-chain transaction requires separate user authorization, and it should be noted that leverage trading involves borrowing, incurs interest, and carries liquidation risks.

Yilihua: Choices in the crypto space are critical, as those who select investments and contracts experience more failures than successes.

Liquid Capital founder Yi Lihua stated that since entering the crypto space in late 2015, over a decade of experience has shown that choice is just as critical as hard work for success in the sector. He outlined three groups that have achieved notable results: 1) Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and BNB holders, including those engaged in mining, hodling and mining pools, who gain from time-driven compound returns; 2) Participants in trading infrastructure, such as quantitative arbitrage firms, crypto exchanges and stablecoin projects; 3) Project teams and market makers (MM), who focus on issuing and managing assets. Conversely, Yi noted that investors and derivatives (contract) traders overall have more failures than successes, describing their approach as akin to daily hunting—requiring constant effort to generate returns, with high risks, low yields and limited compounding effects.

Insilico Medicine’s AI-developed drug detects anti-aging signals in human trials, with six aging clocks all showing a reduction in biological age.

Beating AI News Brief: Biotech firm Insilico Medicine has published new research in *Nature Biotechnology*. The study analyzed phase IIa clinical data for Rentosertib, an AI-designed drug developed by the company, and found that treated patients showed signals of reduced biological age across six protein-based aging clocks. Rentosertib is primarily used to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The research analyzed blood samples collected from 42 patients at four time points over 12 weeks, estimating "biological age" based on changes in thousands of proteins. The treatment group as a whole trended toward younger biological age, while the placebo group showed little to no change or a slight increase. The group taking 30mg twice daily had the most consistent signals. However, this does not yet prove the drug can actually reverse aging or extend lifespan. All study participants were patients with pulmonary fibrosis, and the sample size was small. The paper’s authors note that it is currently impossible to fully distinguish whether these changes stem from anti-aging effects or improvements related to treating pulmonary fibrosis. Confirming genuine anti-aging effects will require further validation in healthy populations.

Arm CEO: AI will help humans cure cancer, but the chip shortage must be resolved first.

Beating AI News (Dongcha) reports that Arm CEO Rene Haas believes healthcare will become AI’s "killer app". In an interview with BBC, he predicted AI will help humanity cure cancer within our lifetimes, drastically cutting the time required for new drug discovery and testing. Haas noted that humanity currently struggles to fully simulate cells, the human body, and cancer’s impact on DNA. As data and computing power continue to grow, AI has the potential to solve these highly complex problems. However, a key bottleneck right now is chips. Haas said AI firms are building multiple gigawatt-scale data centers, and demand for chips and memory has outstripped existing supply. Building new chip factories typically costs tens of billions of dollars and takes two to three years, making it hard to close the gap in the short term. But cancer researchers are less optimistic about "piling on computing power". Professor Chris Bakal of London’s Institute of Cancer Research said his team trains AI directly using patient samples, eliminating the need for massive data centers. The real key to healthcare AI may not be who has the largest computers, but who has access to better patient data.

Meme coin 4Stock suffers a sharp pullback, with its market cap dropping below $40 million.

According to GMGN data, BSC ecosystem meme coin 4Stock has seen a sharp market cap pullback, falling below $40 million (halved from its peak) to a current level of $38 million. The token recorded a trading volume of $96.3 million in its first 7 hours post-launch. Note: 4Stock originates from the "stock meme" narrative launched by Four.meme. The project first rolled out 4Stock underlying assets linked to stock holdings, then allowed the community to issue meme coins using these assets as a liquidity pool. BNC4 is the first 4Stock "coin-stock" pair, pegged 1:1 to BNC stock of the corresponding BNB treasury firm, with the meme coin "4Stock" tied to the underlying BNC4 pool. BlockBeats reminds users that most meme coins lack practical use cases and exhibit extreme price volatility, so investment caution is advised.

SomaXBT: A certain address is suspected of attacking LootBot’s paid user group, having transferred out a total of approximately 245 ETH.

On-chain analytics account SomaXBT posted that address 0x4e5df8422271690327c0348845b639196ab0081e is cross-cleaning assets stolen from a batch of wallets, having transferred out roughly 245 ETH (worth ~$600,000) in total. The address shows a high overlap with paying users of automated interaction bot LootBot: among the 554 on-chain identifiable LootBot payers, around 280 (50.5%) have been drained by the same address. SomaXBT noted the attack proceeds in batches per chain, first scanning Ethereum and zkSync Era, then Linea and Base, and was scanning Scroll at the time of posting, at a rate of ~27 wallets per minute. Spot checks show the attacker is draining nearly all balances, leaving only gas fees, rather than deducting fixed subscription fees. SomaXBT has reported the issue to LootBot’s official team and founder, but has not yet received a response.
