According to a post on Liquid Network’s official X account (@Liquid_BTC), an alleged white-hat hacker withdrew roughly 4,000 BTC (worth approximately $320 million) from the Liquid Federation wallet using SideSwap PAK (Peg-out Authorization Key). The project’s official noted that the key itself was not compromised, and the Blockstream team is attempting to contact the hacker via on-chain signed messages.
