Anthropic expects its IPO size to match or exceed SpaceX’s record.

According to people familiar with the matter, artificial intelligence company Anthropic expects its IPO size to match or exceed the record set by SpaceX. As the AI firm accelerates its listing preparations, a blockbuster IPO is in the works. The sources said Anthropic is conducting relevant calculations and preparing to publicly file its potential large-scale IPO application as early as the end of this month. They revealed that recent investor communication meetings hosted by CFO Clario avoided valuation discussions. Data shows that rocket and satellite company SpaceX raised $75 billion in its IPO, making it the largest initial public offering in history. The figure ultimately rose to $86.2 billion after the exercise of the so-called over-allotment option, a mechanism typically triggered when a stock rises in its early trading days. Anthropic’s target reflects that leading AI industry players are reshaping the tech investment landscape in an extremely short period of time. Previous reports noted that Anthropic’s preliminary second-quarter revenue exceeded $115 billion, while the same period in 2025 saw only $787 million. As of the end of July, the company’s annualized revenue run rate had reached $650 billion.

Binance launches Agent OS, enabling AI agents to perform transactions and other operations via MCP.

Binance yesterday announced the launch of its developer platform Binance Agent OS, integrating Binance API, Wallet Agentic Hub, Binance x402, Skill Hub, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) into a unified agent-based crypto ecosystem, providing infrastructure for developers to build AI-powered trading, wallet, and on-chain applications. As part of Agent OS, Binance also launched Binance MCP Server, a standardized tool connection layer for compatible AI applications, which currently supports AI agents including Claude Code, Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, and VS Code. With user authorization, eligible accounts, and regional support, AI agents can access market data, check balances and positions via MCP, execute spot, margin, Convert, USD?-M Futures, and COIN-M Futures trades, and transfer funds within Agentic sub-accounts. Binance emphasized that MCP integration does not grant withdrawal permissions, so AI agents cannot withdraw funds to external addresses through this service; relevant permissions must be authorized via separate Agentic sub-accounts isolated from main accounts. Binance noted that Agent OS aims to reduce fragmented integrations between AI agents and crypto infrastructure. As AI agents evolve beyond information generation to tasks like searching, coordinating, and autonomous trading execution, Binance hopes to provide infrastructure for Agentic Crypto applications through a unified set of tools and permission systems. Currently, Binance MCP Server is open for use, and users need to create their own Agentic sub-accounts and transfer assets intended for AI agent use to these sub-accounts.
