Embodied intelligence robot company Zhujidongli plans to hold an IPO in Hong Kong, raising up to $300 million.

Bloomberg reported that people familiar with the matter revealed Alibaba-backed robot manufacturer LimX Dynamics has secretly submitted an application for an initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong, planning to raise up to $300 million. This marks another expansion of the wave of Chinese robotics companies going public. LimX Dynamics is collaborating with CITIC Securities to advance the transaction. Headquartered in Shenzhen, China, LimX Dynamics is an embodied intelligence robot firm founded in 2022, focusing on the R&D, manufacturing and commercialization of general-purpose robots. Its core products include full-size humanoid robots LimX Oli and LimX Luna, modular TRON series robots, as well as the self-developed humanoid brain system LimX COSA. Centered on three core technologies—hardware design and manufacturing, integration of cognitive and motor intelligence, and embodied intelligence operating system—the company is dedicated to advancing the implementation of artificial general intelligence (AGI) in the physical world. Its products have been applied in fields such as scientific research, commercial services, and industrial inspection. The company has secured strategic investments from Alibaba, JD.com and other entities, and recently completed multiple rounds of financing.
