According to HTX market data, Bitcoin has accelerated its rally over the past hour, briefly surging past $83,000 and currently trading at $83,031. Its 24-hour gain stands at 2.73%, hitting a new high since August 19.

Beating AI Express (Dongcha) reports that TypeSafe founder Diogo Almeida has released a draft design for a coding agent, inviting the community to test it directly. He openly stated that his team likely won’t have the time to implement all these ideas themselves. The core change in this draft is context management. Current coding agents typically retain all previous chat history, tool outputs, and code state; when the context grows too long, they either compress it or reset entirely. TypeSafe aims to let the agent re-evaluate each round: whether to keep using the existing cache, or select a more appropriate context; which content to retain in full, which to summarize, and which to discard entirely. Almeida argues that many existing agent designs are constrained by KV cache. For example, when a task is first routed to a cheaper model and then switched back to a more powerful model, the latter often has to re-read the long context, resulting in higher overall costs. Tool definitions, permanently embedded in system prompts, also take up constant space. If context can be dynamically reorganized, model routing, sub-agents, MCP, and AGENTS.md can also be loaded on demand. Simple tasks are assigned to cheaper models, required tools are loaded as needed, and sub-agents only access state relevant to their own tasks. Almeida has temporarily named this approach "Meta-attention".

U.S. stock index futures continued to climb today, with Nasdaq futures gains widening to 1%. According to market data from BIT (bit.com), crypto-related stocks rallied broadly in pre-market trading, including MSTR up nearly 5.82%, tokenized equities firm Securitize rising 5.7%, BMNR gaining 4.55%, and BNC jumping 8.7%.

Local pushback against data center construction in the U.S. is evolving from scattered project disputes to more systematic approval and policy constraints. New data from research firm Data Center Watch shows that between April and June this year, a total of 45 data center projects in the U.S. were blocked or delayed due to local opposition, involving around $68 billion in total investment. A new report from Data Center Watch indicates that these 45 affected projects account for more than half of all new large-scale data center projects the firm began tracking in the second quarter. While the number and investment volume are lower than in the first quarter, local government approval freezes, state-level regulations, and organized community opposition continue to expand. In the first quarter of this year alone, 75 U.S. data center projects were blocked or delayed, involving roughly $130 billion in investment. This means that in the first half of this year, at least 120 projects have had their original development schedules impacted by local opposition.

Jiang Zhuoer, founder of ViaBTC Mining Pool, posted that he has sold BNC stock ahead of the US stock market opening. He said, "This stock has seen a significant on-chain rally over the weekend, and it will definitely drop once US markets open, so I will buy back after it falls for a while." On September 18, Jiang outlined the investment logic for BNCB: holdings of BNCB have risen again, reaching $17.28 million. BNC is a BNB treasury company controlled by Binance, while BNCB is Binance’s bStock token corresponding to BNC. He argues that Binance launched BNCB to channel crypto market funds to BNC listed on US stocks, creating a "crypto-stock flywheel" similar to MSTR. He noted that BNB’s current total market cap is around $94 billion, while BNC’s market cap is only about $220 million. If 1% of BNB’s buyer funds shift to BNC, it could erase the current discount. So far, crypto market funds have bought $17.28 million worth of BNCB and $5.29 million worth of BNC4, totaling $22.57 million, accounting for roughly 10% of BNC’s total market cap.
