Separately, the SEC, CFTC, and U.S. Treasury have recently advanced developments in tokenized stocks, on-chain finance, stablecoins, and other areas via their existing regulatory authorities. The crypto industry should expand the adoption of digital asset products between 2027 and 2028, and push for temporary regulatory measures to be codified into long-term rules. Saylor cited assets and entities including BTC, STRC, MSTR, Coinbase, and USDC, asserting that digital capital, credit, stocks, trading platforms, and stablecoins can work in synergy. He emphasized that the most effective way to protect digital asset innovation is to enable more users to benefit from it, so that they develop a direct stake in upholding financial innovation and market choice.

According to PeckShield monitoring, the same attacker exploited Fetch.ai and NuNet successively, causing a total of around $2 million in crypto asset losses. Among them, 8.7 million FET tokens (valued at approximately $1.53 million) were siphoned from Fetch.ai, while NuNet suffered an unauthorized mint of 408.5 million NTX tokens (valued at around $462,700). Beating AI Flash News: StepFun has not officially unveiled its Step 5 model, but a preview version has surfaced early on Artificial Analysis. Step 5 Preview is a multimodal inference model. Artificial Analysis (AA) reports it has approximately 600 billion total parameters, with 27 billion activated per inference, supporting image input and a 1 million-token context window. It scored 44 points in the latest Intelligence Index, matching Kimi K3 Max. On Terminal-Bench 4.0, Step 5 Preview notched 33% while Kimi K3 scored 13%; both posted 59% on SciCode. Step 5 Preview costs $1 per million input tokens and $2.7 per million output tokens, compared to Kimi K3’s $3 and $15 respectively. Step 5’s output price is less than one-fifth of Kimi K3’s, and AA’s full Intelligence Index run costs only about a quarter of Kimi K3’s. StepFun has not officially announced Step 5, but AA has completed evaluations via the StepFun API. The parameters and pricing are not yet final official specifications.
