It now holds a 5x leveraged full long position of 295,300 HYPE tokens, with the position valued at approximately $23.811 million. This represents a roughly 93.2% increase from the 152,800 tokens remaining after the prior profit-taking reduction, and its holdings have recovered to around 90.7% of the level before that reduction. HYPE is currently trading at $80.64. The whale’s average entry price for its combined position is $81.54, resulting in an unrealized loss of approximately $265,000, with a return of roughly -5.5%. The whale’s new exit plan has shifted significantly higher. All "partial reduction only" sell orders previously set between $92 and $95 have been canceled, and it has now placed 24 sell orders between $99.03 and $110.74, planning to sell 327,300 HYPE tokens for a notional value of approximately $34.188 million, with an average order price of around $104.46. The total volume of these orders equals 110.8% of its current holdings. If all orders are filled, the whale will flip to a short position of roughly 32,000 HYPE tokens, worth approximately $2.58 million at current prices.

Deutsche Bank strategists stated that after announcing it would double the size of its long-term Treasury repurchase operations, the U.S. Treasury is expected to adopt a more proactive approach to debt management, advancing related operations through gradual adjustments rather than major policy shifts. "We also expect the Treasury to enhance communication beyond its quarterly refinancing arrangements, and more broadly use proactive policy signaling as a policy tool," the strategists noted. The Treasury could also maintain operational flexibility by not specifying the exact size of long-term Treasury repurchase operations when announcing updated Treasury repurchase arrangements.
