Binance Alpha 2.0 will support NES token contract swaps on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). The scheme is set to cover Binance Alpha users as follows: Those who held NES before 22:51 Beijing Time on August 24 (when deposits and withdrawals were disabled), and whose eligible NES holdings as of 12:00 Beijing Time on September 5 (when trading was suspended) will undergo a 1:1 token contract swap. NES purchased after 22:51 August 24 will not be included in this swap and will be refunded separately. Users holding a net long NES position between 22:51 August 24 and 12:00 September 5 will receive an official email within 7 working days detailing their eligible refund terms. Nesa (NES) trading on Binance Alpha 2.0 is expected to resume at 16:00 Beijing Time on September 10.

Solana treasury firm SkyAI will hold its annual general meeting on September 18. Potential acquirer Forward Industries has publicly called on shareholders to oppose the re-election of five incumbent directors and reject the 2026 equity incentive plan, which would authorize the addition of 5.145 million new shares for equity compensation. Beating AI News Flash: Legal AI firm Harvey has secured a new $550 million funding round, lifting its valuation to $15.5 billion, with co-lead investors Diffusion and Lightspeed. Back in March, the company raised $200 million at a $11 billion valuation. Harvey provides AI tools for large law firms and corporate legal teams, covering contract review, due diligence, litigation support and more. The new capital will be primarily allocated to developing its proprietary models. In August, Harvey launched its first post-trained model, Tenet, built on Moonshot AI’s Kimi K3 base model; it is continuing to fine-tune Tenet with Fireworks for long-cycle legal tasks. Harvey is a portfolio company of OpenAI Startup Fund and has previously co-developed legal models with OpenAI. It now proactively opts for lower-cost base models when performance is comparable. Harvey’s annual recurring revenue (ARR) has exceeded $400 million, with over 3,000 clients, up from 1,300 in March. The company’s total cumulative funding raised surpasses $1.5 billion.
