Tokenization firm Securitize and Cantor Equity Partners II announced that their merger and reverse takeover is projected to raise $400 million. The combined entity will operate as Securitize Corp. and list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on July 2 under the ticker symbol "SECZ".
