On May 26, Hyperliquid’s official website announced that its HIP-4 testnet has launched a World Cup outcome prediction market. As outlined in the official HIP-4 proposal, the Outcome Contracts operate under a fully collateralized mechanism that fundamentally eliminates liquidation risk. Their non-linear settlement method provides users with flexibility comparable to options, expanding strategic trading opportunities. Additionally, these contracts are natively integrated into the HyperCore chain, sharing full margin with the platform’s spot and perpetual contracts to enable seamless liquidity interchange and reuse.
