On December 19, Nasdaq-listed Mangoceuticals announced a partnership with Cube Group to launch Mango DAT—a subsidiary dedicated to advancing its $1 billion Cryptocurrency Treasury (DAT) strategy, with a core focus on SOL investments. Funding for the initiative will be secured via an ATM financing plan and the sale of common stock. The company also reportedly filed a “MULTI-DAT” trademark application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to support a suite of strategic digital asset and DeFi initiatives.
