Portuguese Fund Company Launches KvarnPortugal Fund, Allocating 80% of Assets to Bitcoin

On February 11th, the Portuguese fund management company Fundbox entered into a partnership with the European cryptocurrency investment platform Kvarn X. They launched the KvarnPortugal Fund, which will allocate 80% of its assets to Bitcoin and 20% to the CoinDesk 20 Index. The minimum investment amount for this fund is 100,000 Euros. It has a management fee of 0.05% and a subscription fee of 2.5%. If investors wish to obtain residency through the Portuguese golden visa program, they need to invest at least 500,000 Euros and reside in Portugal for at least 35 days within 5 years. The fund subscription period will last until February 2027.
