Dogecoin ETF DOGE and XRP ETF XRPR are scheduled to launch this Thursday.

On September 15th, Bloomberg's senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas disclosed that "As of the present moment, the Dogecoin ETF DOJE is slated to commence on this Thursday. Alongside this, there is the 40 Act spot XRP ETF XRPR (both are included in the same effective S-1 filing). This encompasses Trump and Bonk as well, but their launch dates have not been made public yet." The Rex-Osprey DOGE Spot ETF (coded as DOJE) is structured in accordance with the Investment Company Act of 1940, similar to SSK. A significant number of projects structured under the Securities Act of 1933 are still awaiting approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This is likely to be the first intentionally assetless ETF in the history of the United States.
