2025.08.22 10:16:27

On August 22nd, based on Coinglass data, if Bitcoin manages to break through $115,000, the cumulative short liquidation intensity on mainstream CEXs will amount to $1.734 billion. Conversely, if Bitcoin drops below $111,000, the cumulative long liquidation intensity on mainstream CEXs will reach $1.183 billion. BlockBeats Note: The liquidation chart does not provide the exact number of contracts to be liquidated or the precise value of contracts to be liquidated. The bars on the liquidation chart actually represent the significance of each liquidation cluster in relation to adjacent liquidation clusters, that is, the intensity. Therefore, the liquidation chart shows to what degree the price of the underlying asset will be influenced when it reaches a certain level. A higher "liquidation bar" indicates that once the price reaches that level, it will experience a stronger reaction due to a liquidity cascade.

Instinct denies cross-user data leakage, stating it was merely a model hallucination, with emergency safeguards implemented within 48 hours.

Beating AI Insight News Flash: Instinct founder Noah Shinn responded to the earlier "strange financial documents" incident, denying it was a data leak. The model first fabricated a name, then added details during its reasoning process, before finally offering the explanation that "other people’s images were inserted into the chat". Shinn stated no user data was shared and there was no cross-user isolation failure. He noted Instinct already isolates user data via independent sandboxes, short-term local credentials, and identity-signature tool calls. Over the past 48 hours, the team developed an active hallucination detection system that uses a small model to inspect platform outputs; content deemed likely fabricated can be blocked before Instinct proceeds with reasoning or tool calls. However, Shinn did not publicly explain how the team confirmed the incident was definitely a hallucination, nor did it release backend logs or the detection system’s actual performance. Business Insider also pointed out that the claim "no data leak occurred" currently remains primarily based on Instinct’s own assessment.
