After lying dormant for nearly three years, the address transferred all the tokens out around four hours ago. Of the total, around 6.5 million WLD were routed through intermediate addresses and deposited into major crypto exchanges, worth roughly $2.828 million. WLD has fallen by about 26.41% in the past week, and its asset value has shrunk by approximately 71.2% since the tokens were received (from around $1.51 to roughly $0.4351).

While some claim a wallet nonce issue prevented the key holder from moving funds, the transfer used a normal recent blockhash.
