The White House will convene crypto and prediction market industry executives next week, on the eve of the first meeting of the CFTC’s Innovation Advisory Committee.

Three sources familiar with the matter disclosed that the White House is expected to host a gathering of cryptocurrency and prediction market industry executives next Wednesday. Attendees and the specific agenda have not been finalized yet, and traditional finance executives may also be included; it remains unclear whether President Trump will attend. The meeting is scheduled for the day before the session of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)’s newly established Innovation Advisory Committee. The committee, which comprises executives from top crypto, financial, and prediction market firms, will discuss topics including crypto assets, AI, and prediction market regulation.
