AI startup Dwelly secures $170 million in funding, unveils real estate industry consolidation strategy.

According to Bloomberg, UK-based startup Dwelly has secured $170 million in funding to acquire more real estate firms and integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into its business operations. Dwelly said Tuesday that the round was led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst, comprising $95 million in equity financing and a $75 million debt facility provided by Trinity Capital. The company did not disclose its post-money valuation.
