South Korea plans to bring forward the increase in minimum cash margin requirements for single-stock leveraged ETFs.

South Korea’s financial regulators are studying a plan to bring forward the implementation of the minimum margin requirement hike for single-stock leveraged ETFs—originally scheduled to take effect next month—to the end of this month. The move is seen as a response to South Korean President Lee Jae-myung’s call for the rapid rollout of supplementary measures for single-stock leveraged ETFs. The Korea Financial Investment Association (KOFIA) held a working-level meeting on the 21st with IT staff from securities firms, South Korean trading platforms, and related institutions including Korea Securities Computing Corp. (Koscom) to discuss the implementation of the single-stock leveraged ETF framework. It is understood that financial regulators are considering pushing the minimum margin hike plan, initially set for early next month, to the end of this month. However, the regulators will make the final decision on the specific implementation timeline and applicable rules.

ODOS will cease operations at the end of July, reminding users to migrate their assets in a timely manner.

According to official announcements, decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregator ODOS has announced it will cease operations following an evaluation. Its applications will enter read-only mode on July 27, 2026, with all services permanently shut down on July 30. The platform stated users can still perform swaps and close positions normally for now, but new user registrations, new wallet creation, and limit order functions have been disabled since July 23. ODOS emphasized it operates on a non-custodial model, meaning users retain full control of their assets (stored on-chain) and the platform never holds user funds. For users who created wallets via social media accounts or email, ODOS reminds them to either transfer assets or export private keys before July 30. After service closure, users will still be able to view historical transaction records and account balances, but the team will no longer provide product development, technical support, or maintenance. The official added users need not worry about asset safety, but recommends migrating to alternative services as soon as possible. Additionally, ODOS noted the ODOS token remains independent on the blockchain; the company will not custody, operate, or make a market for the token, and the platform’s shutdown will not alter its on-chain operating mechanism. The ODOS DAO is independent of the operating company, and future plans will be announced separately by the DAO. The official also warned no new products, token migrations, claim events, or airdrops will be launched in the future. Any attempts to induce users to act via direct messages, fake customer service, or "migration websites" may be scams, and users must never disclose their mnemonics or sign suspicious transactions.

Tesla’s stock plunged more than 14% after its earnings report, with Wall Street citing AI investments as weighing on its profits and cash flow.

According to market data from BIT (bit.com), Tesla’s stock plummeted 14.52% in regular trading, with a minor 1.16% rebound in after-hours trading, currently trading at $323.4. Tesla previously released its second-quarter results: while revenue and vehicle deliveries reached all-time highs, concerns arose over declining profit margins, negative free cash flow, and a sharp increase in capital expenditures. Multiple Wall Street institutions believe Tesla is entering a phase of large-scale investments in artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics, leading to short-term earnings pressure, but its Robotaxi and Optimus humanoid robots remain core factors determining the company’s long-term valuation.
