April 21 – Per CCTV News, Iran stated that following a U.S. ceasefire violation, the Strait of Hormuz’s entry and exit channels have been blocked, with all navigation strictly controlled by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy. Vessels will be barred from the strait unless there is a guarantee of a full lifting of the maritime blockade on Iran. Additionally, all warships are prohibited from transiting the strait.
