CZ: Personal Memoir "Money Freedom" to Be Published

On February 28, Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) posted a message criticizing The New York Times for promoting his upcoming memoir *The Power of Money* without his authorization. He noted the outlet had only obtained a very early draft of the book. In a separate declaration, CZ’s lawyer Teresa Goody Guillén stated: “We’re pleased The New York Times is so interested in *The Power of Money*—one of the year’s most anticipated books—even though their reporting relies on content not in CZ’s final book or his own words. We look forward to readers accessing CZ’s actual writing in the published version.” CZ also confirmed the memoir is nearing publication.
