The Oregonian reported on January 7 that Nike quietly sold its digital products subsidiary RTFKT in December. The deal took effect December 16, 2025, though specific terms and the buyer remain undisclosed. Nike acquired RTFKT in 2021 under then-CEO John Donahoe. RTFKT had previously announced it would wind down its Web3 service operations in January 2025.
