Dunamu is the operator of South Korea's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Upbit. Sources disclosed that Dunamu plans to hold a board meeting on November 26th to finalize the details of the acquisition plan. It is reported that Naver plans to drive a comprehensive stock swap through its fintech subsidiary, Naver Financial, making Dunamu its wholly-owned subsidiary in an effort to expand its business presence in the digital finance field.
