Berachain: Most key partners are ready to restore the block.

On November 4th, Berachain issued an update announcement indicating that the majority of key partners are prepared, except for one oracle provider. In view of the recent problems with Stream/Elixir, the oracle provider has been under significant pressure in the past 24 hours. They anticipate resuming operations within a few hours. Once the oracle comes back online and the blockchain starts generating blocks, Berachain will release another update. During this period, the team has verified and received presigned transactions from the whitehat individual who is currently in possession of the stolen BEX funds. Once the blockchain resumes block production, these transactions will transfer the BEX funds from the whitehat to the foundation deployer's wallet, thereby eliminating the reliance on the whitehat. If the recovery process proceeds smoothly, Berachain will share the latest updates with the community. In a statement made yesterday, the Berachain Foundation stated, "Validator nodes have coordinated to halt the operation of the Berachain network to enable the core team to carry out an emergency hard fork to address the Balancer V2-related vulnerability on BEX. This network pause is a planned one, and the network will resume operations shortly."
