On September 10th, FAIR3 Ambassador @Eric94517 declared that 37 hours have elapsed since the Aqua presale scam and the relevant evidence collection work is still in progress. A call was made to the FAIR3 community and the Web3 community to speak out, mobilize community power, and compensate the victims. The FAIR3 Community responded with a tweet, stating, "The Aqua rug pulled during the presale, and the FAIR3 community will not remain silent. FAIR3 will initiate a 100,000 FAIR3 token airdrop to the victims: · Compensation Pool—80,000 FAIR3 tokens (for users holding FAIR3 at the time of the September 8, 2025, 17:00 UTC snapshot). · Public Pool—20,000 FAIR3 tokens (open to all presale participants)."
