EigenCloud has announced the latest developments in the project and plans to expand its applications in multiple areas.

On August 31st, EigenCloud declared its most recent project plan. This plan will be employed to provide support for applications in various fields such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), A2A, DeFi, zkTLS, Real World Assets (RWAs), DeFAI, DePIN, Intelligent Agents, Rollups, and Oracles. On June 17th, Eigen Labs announced the commencement of the Ethereum Re-Staking Protocol EigenCloud. a16z crypto is set to invest $70 million by directly purchasing EIGEN tokens. This follows a16z's additional investment of $100 million in EigenLayer in February 2024. EigenCloud is constructed on top of the EigenLayer Re-Staking Protocol and integrates functions like Data Availability (EigenDA), Generalized Computation (EigenCompute), and Dispute Resolution (EigenVerify). The platform enables developers to cryptographically verify off-chain activities, offering the same level of trust guarantees as on-chain activities. Currently, more than $12 billion in re-staked assets safeguard over 200 decentralized self-verifying services.

CoinShares: Digital asset investment products saw net inflows of $2.48 billion last week

On September 1st, CoinShares issued its latest weekly report which indicated that the digital asset market witnessed a capital inflow of $2.48 billion last week. As a result, the total inflow for August reached $4.37 billion. Currently, the year-to-date inflow amounts to $35.5 billion. However, the assets under management (AUM) have decreased by 10% to $219 billion. In the United States, the largest inflow was $2.29 billion. Switzerland, Germany, and Canada also witnessed growth. Binance HODLer Airdrop Launches Somnia (SOMI)

September 1st. According to the official announcement, the Binance HODLer Airdrop has now initiated its 35th project - Somnia (SOMI). It is an EVM L1 blockchain focusing on consumer-facing applications like gaming and entertainment products. From August 12th, 2025, 08:00 to August 16th, 2025, 07:59 (UTC+8), users who used BNB to subscribe to Capital Protected Yield Farming (Fixed-Term and/or Flexible) or on-chain Staking products will receive the airdrop allocation. The HODLer airdrop information is anticipated to become live within 24 hours, and the new tokens will be delivered to users' spot wallets at least 1 hour prior to the start of trading. Binance will list SOMI on September 2nd, 2025, at 22:30 (UTC+8) and open trading pairs for USDT, USDC, BNB, FDUSD, and TRY in accordance with the Seed Label Trading Rule. The SOMI deposit channel will open on September 1st, 2025, at 19:00 (UTC+8).
