On June 2nd, as per Bloomberg, Joe Lubin, a long-time cryptocurrency advocate and co-founder of Ethereum, stated that around six months ago, under the influence of the most renowned digital asset hoarder, he made a decision to establish a company for investing in Ethereum's native token. “I was having dinner with Michael Saylor at that time. After conducting some research, I started discussing with my colleagues how cool this idea was,” Lubin, the founder and CEO of Ethereum software infrastructure company Consensys, said in an interview. “No one in our company had previously delved into this direction. Later, we found that this strategy didn't seem to have any particularly risky aspects.” Previous reports indicated that SharpLink Gaming plans to raise $1 billion to increase its holdings of ETH.
