On-chain analytics platform Bubblemaps published a report stating that it recently investigated four crypto KOLs, finding their wallet activities do not fully align with their public narratives, with all conclusions based on Bubblemaps’ own analysis and estimates. Regarding KOL "Kimchi", who partnered with Pump.Fun for token launches, the crypto community previously spread rumors that he made around $40 million from TRUMP. Using data from his public airdrop wallets and associated clusters, Bubblemaps estimates his actual profit at roughly $6 million, and questions the reason for his undisclosed links. For crypto KOL Solstice, Bubblemaps noted that multiple meme coins he promoted showed bundled buying patterns across dozens of new wallets, each holding approximately 0.5% to 1% of the token supply, and that the public wallets can be traced back to the token deployer. For crypto KOL Anglio, after analyzing around 534 of his posts in October, Bubblemaps found associated wallets bought an average of about 20 seconds before roughly 61% of his trade calls, then sold positions quickly. The platform estimates his profit from this activity at around $130,000, and Anglio himself has admitted to using such tactics. For crypto KOL 0xEthan, Bubblemaps stated he often sells positions within about three minutes of making a trade call, with public wallets and undisclosed side wallets buying in sync. The platform estimates his related profit at approximately $125,000.

SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci told reporters at the London SALT conference that former US President Donald Trump’s crypto business interests and meme coin launches are the "only reason" holding back the CLARITY Act. Scaramucci explained that Trump rolled out meme coins on the eve of his January 2025 inauguration, eroding bipartisan momentum for crypto regulation after the 2024 election—prompting Democrats, who had previously been more open to regulatory frameworks, to withdraw their support. Ukraine's National Bank (NBU) has announced it will not support the current version of the bill legalizing and regulating crypto assets, urging lawmakers to continue revising the draft ahead of its final vote. The NBU said it backs advancing regulation aligned with the EU’s MiCA framework and International Monetary Fund (IMF) recommendations, but noted Draft No. 10225-d still fails to address its core concerns. The final text was delivered only on Tuesday evening, leaving insufficient time for review, and the legislative process lacks transparency, the central bank added. The NBU warned that foreign tokens not adequately regulated in their jurisdictions of origin could enter Ukraine, with some potentially functioning as electronic currency, threatening monetary sovereignty and financial stability, and possibly evading rules applicable to domestic crypto assets. The central bank seeks authority to assess and restrict such tokens’ use if needed. Per the bill, Ukraine’s National Securities and Stock Market Commission will serve as the primary crypto regulator, a 5% transitional tax will apply to existing crypto assets through the end of 2028, and crypto-to-crypto trades are explicitly tax-exempt.

Digital infrastructure firm Core Scientific has released its third-quarter results for the period ending September 30, 2026. High-density hosting revenue rose nearly 60% quarter-over-quarter to $215.4 million, while total revenue reached $232.9 million. Billing capacity at quarter-end stood at 485 megawatts, supporting annualized GAAP hosting revenue of over $700 million. Adjusted EBITDA more than tripled quarter-over-quarter to $133.6 million, with margin rising to 57%. Net income came in at approximately $1.18 billion, driven primarily by non-cash gains from changes in the fair value of warrants. USDT.D pulled back precisely to the 0.786 Fibonacci level before a strong rejection. While fractal patterns indicate Bitcoin could still dip to the $77,000–$78,000 range, the USDT.D trend suggests the low may already be in place.
