StarkWare supports Polymarket users in placing anonymous orders, and has newly launched OffMarket.

StarkWare has opened OffMarket to the public, allowing users to trade on Polymarket without publicly linking their positions to existing accounts. The service has been in limited beta testing since August, leveraging zero-knowledge technology and sharing a privacy pool on Starknet. Current per-account deposit limits are set at 1,000 USDC, with adjustments planned based on demand. Prediction orders still execute on Polymarket with the same counterparties and at identical market prices. The service is non-custodial, with user keys remaining stored locally in users’ browsers. Additionally, Polymarket transaction records are public on Polygon, with positions, order sizes, and trading history all viewable. OffMarket still does not fully prevent others from inferring a trader’s identity through trade size or timing, as market quotes and executions themselves remain public. This product is not an official Polymarket offering, has no formal partnership or special access privileges, and is part of Polymarket’s Verified Builder Program, retaining its geographic restrictions including a ban on U.S. users. Independent compliance firm Financial Privacy Inc. holds the master viewing key for sanction screening and required disclosures under lawful requests. L2BEAT data shows that the shared privacy pool on Starknet currently holds approximately $1.5 million in total value across 17,000 deposits.

A crypto whale closed 20,000 ETH long positions, locking in a profit of $8.93 million.

According to EmberCN’s monitoring, after the market dropped tonight due to the release of U.S. CPI data, a whale that opened a long position of 20,000 ETH at $1,936 at the very start of this rally two months ago has closed out the position to lock in profits. The address opened the long position of 20,000 ETH on August 19 at $1,936, and closed it today two months later at $2,421.6, generating a profit of $8.93 million. When ETH rose to $2,800 on September 22, its unrealized profit once reached $17.42 million, and the realized profit now is roughly half of that peak unrealized gain.

Standard Chartered pushes back its $2 trillion stablecoin market forecast to 2030.

Standard Chartered Global Head of Digital Assets Research Geoffrey Kendrick said in a Wednesday report that he still forecasts the stablecoin market capitalization will hit $2 trillion, but the timeline for reaching that target has been pushed back from 2028 to 2030 due to stalled supply growth this year. Over the past 12 months, stablecoin supply has hovered roughly between $300 billion and $320 billion, and currently stands at around $309 billion. Kendrick attributes the slowdown to cyclical rather than structural factors, linked to the weak crypto market, noting that similar historical phases are typically followed by expansion as market conditions recover. The report also highlights that stablecoin usage continues to grow: this year’s average monthly on-chain transaction volume is nearly $10 trillion, up from $4 trillion in 2025, with a record of around $19 trillion logged in May alone. Average monthly turnover has risen from roughly 15 times in 2025 to around 30 times currently. USDT has an average monthly turnover of about 7 times, and is mostly used for U.S. dollar savings in emerging markets. USDC’s average monthly turnover has climbed from around 45 times to roughly 80 times, with the stablecoin increasingly utilized for payments, financial transactions, and payments between early-stage AI agents.
