According to EmberCN’s monitoring, addresses linked to SkyAI (SKYA), a Nasdaq-listed SOL treasury firm, transferred out 468,000 SOL over the past 24 hours, worth roughly $51.1 million at current prices. Of the total, 218,000 SOL were sent to multiple centralized exchanges, while another 250,000 SOL went to institutional crypto asset service provider BitGo. OpenAI 28-Day Sprint Day 5: Build Polkadot (DOT) on Mobile, Codex Predicts Next Instruction

Beating AI Express: OpenAI Product and Platform Lead Thibault Sottiaux has announced Day 5 of the company’s 28-day product sprint. The update includes two features for ChatGPT: Dot and Codex. Dot is a personal AI assistant capable of continuously tracking tasks. Users eligible to access Dot can now create it directly in the iOS and Android versions of ChatGPT and converse with it on mobile devices, a change from the previous requirement of creating it on desktop. Additionally, OpenAI has enhanced task alignment between Dot and Codex: Dot can reference prior ChatGPT conversations, Codex tasks, and automation records to more accurately determine whether to continue an existing task or start a new one. For desktop Codex, the company is launching a test of Composer predictions: after Codex generates a reply, the input box may suggest the next message based on the current conversation. Users can fill in the suggestion by pressing the Tab key, then modify it before sending. Currently, this test is only available to ChatGPT Pro users aged 18 and older. The predictions themselves do not count toward Codex usage limits, though sending messages still counts toward regular usage quotas.

Microsoft modifies Alibaba's Qwen 9B to develop a decision-making model; self-tests show it is 35 times faster than GPT-6 Sol.

Beating AI News Flash: Microsoft Unveils Microsoft-Decision-1, AI Model for Rapid Agent Judgments Microsoft has released Microsoft-Decision-1, a model purpose-built to help AI agents make fast decisions. Post-trained on Qwen3.5-9B, it only scores pre-defined options and returns probabilities for each choice. Use cases include routing user requests to the appropriate model, or determining if an agent should proceed, retry, or escalate to human support. Microsoft states Decision-1 ranks first in accuracy across 36 evaluations and nearly 150,000 test questions. It is 4.5 times faster than the second-place Quyet-1.0-Large and roughly 35 times faster than GPT-6 Sol. In internal trials, Microsoft’s Xbox Research team used it to categorize over 10,000 pieces of player feedback. The company adds that Decision-1’s judgment quality is on par with GPT-6 Sol, while being more than 14 times faster and costing approximately 1/200th of the latter’s expense. The Copilot team also leverages it to score AI-generated responses. Decision-1 is now available on Microsoft Foundry and OpenRouter, with Vercel AI Gateway also integrated. It is priced at $0.042 per million input tokens, with output tokens free of charge. Microsoft has not yet announced plans to release Decision-1’s model weights.

New leads in the Ledger crypto theft case: Distributor CryptoBilis changed ownership in March, with equity registration pointing to a Chinese national.

Malaysian hardware wallet dealer CryptoBilis has been revealed to have undergone an ownership change prior to the ongoing investigation into suspected supply chain attacks on Ledger devices. Newly disclosed company records show that an individual named Jiaming, with a registered address in Heilongjiang Province, China, has held 100% of the company’s shares since August 3. A former co-founder of CryptoBilis confirmed that the company was acquired in March this year, with original shareholders subsequently stepping down from all operational, management, and administrative roles. He stated that the founding team has been unable to access details of the company’s actual operations since the handover, only continuing to assist with coordinating some activities, and emphasized, “We are no longer part of the company,” urging current management to handle the incident transparently. The ownership change disclosure comes as CryptoBilis faces scrutiny over suspected involvement in the supply chain attack on Ledger hardware wallets, with the devices allegedly implanted with hidden modules to steal recovery phrases. However, there is currently no conclusive evidence linking CryptoBilis’ ownership change to the related wallet breach incident. CryptoBilis has temporarily suspended the sale and shipment of all brands of hardware wallets across all its physical stores and online channels in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia, and closed its offline stores until further notice.

He simultaneously urged U.S. refiners and retailers to immediately start cutting oil prices, claiming that the U.S. has provided them with ample oil supplies.
