Ansem: Pullbacks may offer opportunities to add positions; a return of BTC to $87,500 would reinforce the bullish outlook.

Crypto trader Ansem said he views the current correction as a potential opportunity to add to high-conviction positions. Bitcoin recently tested its year-to-date opening price of around $87,500 before pulling back to near $81,700. He is closely watching the key support level of $75,000 below; if Bitcoin reclaims the $87,500 mark, it will reinforce the bullish outlook. Ansem noted that interest rates and geopolitical tensions remain the largest macro risks at present. As long as the market structure holds up, he prefers to gradually build positions amid volatility.

Binance Alpha will conduct an airdrop at 17:00 today, with a point threshold of 245 points.

Binance Alpha airdrop will open for claiming at 17:00 today (UTC+8). This event adopts the updated Binance Alpha Box model, with the airdrop pool including tokens from multiple projects. Users holding at least 245 Alpha points can claim one token reward on a first-come, first-served basis. Claiming the airdrop consumes 15 Alpha points. The airdrop features three reward tiers: Common (accounting for 80% of the reward pool), Rare (15%), and Ultra Rare (5%), each with a different Alpha Box value. Upon claiming, users will be automatically assigned to one tier, and rewards will be distributed proportionally based on the tier. If all rewards are not fully distributed, the point threshold will automatically decrease by 5 points every 5 minutes.

Former core developer of Devin secures $60 million in funding: The AI can modify its own workflows and even simulate trial-and-error before execution.

Beating AI News: Enterprise AI startup Hone has officially launched its Engines platform and closed a $60 million seed round, led by Benchmark and Index Ventures. Engines is built to long-term execute business goals set by enterprises, such as boosting sales conversion rates or cutting procurement costs. After a goal is defined, the Engine learns the company’s internal systems, historical data and workflows, autonomously creates the required agents and tools, then collaborates with employees to complete tasks. It also adjusts continuously based on feedback, eliminating the need for repeated manual task assignments. Engines can modify its own tools, code and memory, but all changes must pass simulation tests before going live. The system simulates colleague responses and business system shifts, rerunning work that would take weeks to finish in just minutes to verify that existing normal functions are not disrupted. Hone said that across 125 internal test scenarios, the proportion of issues caused by modifications dropped from 33% to 5%. Founder Moritz Stephan previously contributed to developing the core planning and execution system for Devin. Early clients include Cognition and AI inference platform Modal.

Yilihua: Bitcoin’s correction is not yet over, and he currently predicts it will fall below $79,000.

Liquid Capital founder Yi Lihua stated in a post that Bitcoin has fallen below the $82,000 mark, with the next key support level at $79,000. Given the pace of decline over the past two days, he believes this round of correction is not yet complete, and currently expects the price to break below $79,000, at which point he will further monitor market movements around $75,000. Yi Lihua added that while he had anticipated a correction earlier, he did not initiate short positions, as he judges the market remains in a bull trend and the pullback is a normal fluctuation within a bull market. He will stick to the principle of “watch corrections in a bull market but do not go short”, patiently wait for the correction to bottom out before buying the dip, and will not guess the entry price in advance, noting that market conditions and environments are constantly evolving.

OpenAI responds to security researcher's departure: Cites violation of sensitive information, not targeting those who raised security concerns.

Beating AI Express: OpenAI’s research chief has issued a statement responding to an open letter from three former employees—Jasmine, Mikita, and Tomek. The company said that following a full investigation, the three violated explicit sensitive information handling policies, and the internal probe uncovered serious breaches of trust that went beyond what was disclosed in the open letter. As a result, OpenAI terminated their employment last week and is standing by this decision. OpenAI emphasized that the decision was not targeted at employees raising safety concerns or expressing opinions publicly. The company added that it holds intense, critical safety and research discussions internally every day, encourages staff to raise questions, is tolerant of good-faith mistakes, and will not fire employees for voicing concerns. Regarding the safety issues covered in the open letter, OpenAI stated it is finalizing a contract with a third-party security assessment firm, expects to release details in the coming weeks, and commits to integrating external assessors into its safety work. The company also acknowledged that maintaining the monitorability of frontier models requires joint efforts from the entire industry, noting that this area has long been a core research focus for OpenAI and it will continue to invest significant resources in this field.
