Binance Alpha’s new project Concrete holds its Token Generation Event (TGE) today, with 35% of the tokens allocated to the ecosystem.

On-chain analyst Ai Yi (@ai_9684xtpa) reports that Bitget has started replenishing its protection fund, with the fund size now back to $200 million. In the past two hours, 2000 BTC (valued at $166 million) was transferred from Bitget’s cold wallet to the protection fund address. The latest on-chain balance stands at 2484.71 BTC, worth $206 million, indicating that Bitget’s earlier commitment to “replenish $300 million within a week” is being fulfilled.

CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler Jr. said BTC rose from around $76,000 to $87,000 between September 17 and 27, pushing the share of BTC in profit up from 65% to a peak of 73.8%. As of September 29, that figure had pulled back to roughly 72%, still below the long-term average of 76%. Separately, the fast and slow lines of the Bitcoin Impulse Performance indicator both dropped to 0 during September 29–30, with BTC price holding at around $83,000. Adler pointed out that a momentum reading of zero means the current rally has temporarily lost directional momentum, though a trend reversal cannot yet be confirmed. If the indicator falls further into negative territory while the profit supply share declines again, the signal of a weakening market will strengthen significantly.

Post-quantum security infrastructure firm Project Eleven has acquired post-quantum digital asset infrastructure provider Riva Labs. The specific acquisition amount was not disclosed. The deal brings Riva’s technology and intellectual property developed on Ethereum and other public blockchains into Project Eleven, strengthening the latter’s capabilities in post-quantum cryptography and blockchain infrastructure. Riva’s research areas include hash-based post-quantum signatures, post-quantum multi-party computation, account abstraction, wallet infrastructure, and hardware signing, including post-quantum signatures recently demonstrated on consumer-grade hardware.

South Korea’s largest digital asset exchange Upbit’s parent company Dunamu CEO Oh Kyoung-suk stated at Korea Blockchain Week that the firm is pursuing growth opportunities outside South Korea, with the goal of linking Korea’s digital asset ecosystem to global financial markets. Dunamu plans to partner with Naver Financial to provide shared infrastructure for banks, securities firms, payment providers, and fintech companies, covering services such as trading, custody, asset transfer, and anti-money laundering. The two sides’ stock swap deal is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year, but it is still awaiting review by Korea’s Fair Trade Commission, and there is a possibility of a delay.
