Yemen's Houthi armed group issued a statement on military operations targeting Saudi Arabia.

Yemen’s Houthi movement issued a statement announcing that it launched large-scale multi-front military operations on September 3 this year, with the goal of expelling Saudi forces from parts of Yemen’s west coast. The operations yielded the following results: First, Saudi enemy forces were driven out of 6 regions in Taiz and Hodeidah provinces, covering a total area of 5,400 square kilometers. These areas have now regained safety and stability. Second, 7 military formations of Saudi enemy forces were targeted, involving 38 military brigades in total. Third, a number of Houthi personnel detained for years by Saudi-backed mercenaries were rescued. Fourth, the armed forces conducted 32 interception operations against Saudi warplanes and shot down 9 aircraft. The Houthi movement reaffirmed that maritime navigation is safe for all companies except Saudi vessels. It will continue to uphold the "blockade against blockade" approach, strike Saudi enemy forces, respond to escalation with escalation, until aggression ends and the blockade is lifted.
