U.S. stock markets saw all three major indexes close lower this morning; Marvell Technology rose 5.8%, while cryptocurrency-related stocks rallied broadly.

Binance founder CZ posted on social media, stating that "everything should be tokenized". He views asset tokenization as a key method for countries to raise funds or attract foreign direct investment (FDI), as both nations and enterprises aim to sell tokenized stocks to global investors. CZ expressed support for advancing tokenization across all blockchains. While multi-chain development will lead to "liquidity fragmentation", this could be the fastest way to drive the tokenization market’s rapid expansion, given that multiple participants can collaborate to grow the industry. CZ added that high interchangeability between different issuers would help mitigate liquidity fragmentation to some degree, making interoperability a critical factor for the tokenization market’s development. Earlier, BNB Chain announced that the number of Real World Assets (RWA) holders on its network has reached 776,000, surging roughly 370% over the past 30 days, placing it among the industry’s leaders currently.

NFT content distribution platform XCAD Network announced in a statement that it will gradually cease operations. The project team said the company has no remaining funds, and keeping its token listed on exchanges has become a "doomed losing battle," while existing products and services will no longer be maintained. XCAD Network noted that the firm has operated for roughly 5 years, making it one of the few projects to sustain multi-year operations without securing a Tier 1 (T1) primary exchange listing. As retail investors gradually exit the crypto market, fan tokens failed to hit growth targets. The team had previously attempted to pivot to the AI influencer segment but ultimately fell short. The project added that there are insufficient funds to keep operations running, and it is considering open-sourcing the project code to let interested developers run it independently. However, this does not mean the company will continue operating, nor is it a project restart or re-launch. XCAD Network stated: "This is not a restart."

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) held its inaugural Innovation Advisory Committee meeting this morning, during which Multicoin Capital co-founder Tushar Jain put forward three proposals. First, provide safe harbors or innovation exemption mechanisms for emerging markets such as computing power derivatives, allowing developers to test new products and business models within a compliant framework. Second, support decentralized finance (DeFi)’s adoption of compliant privacy and confidentiality tools, ensuring institutional investors’ transaction privacy while giving regulators sufficient transparency to identify and manage systemic risks. Third, back the launch of Pre-IPO perpetual futures, enabling ordinary U.S. investors to participate in the wealth growth of emerging industries like AI, avoiding exclusion due to private market access restrictions or being forced to participate indirectly through non-transparent special purpose vehicles (SPVs). Jain also noted he held discussions with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chair Paul Atkins on the same day, adding that he is optimistic about regulators’ efforts to advance financial innovation and the U.S.’s future development.

Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) Group Chairman and CEO Terry Duffy said at a Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Innovation Advisory Committee meeting this morning that trade.xyz and Hyperliquid are exerting a material impact on the U.S. market. trade.xyz is a major market builder on the Hyperliquid chain, focusing on perpetual contracts for stocks, commodities, and pre-IPO assets, with its trading volume accounting for a significant share of Hyperliquid’s total volume. Duffy has repeatedly publicly raised concerns about leverage and regulatory issues related to such offshore platforms. Furthermore, Duffy engaged in a heated exchange with CFTC Chairman Michael Selig and Kalshi Chief Operating Officer Luana Lopes Lara over the regulation of prediction markets. Duffy noted that some prediction market contracts carry manipulation risks, particularly those listed via self-certification. He cited certain contracts linked to content from Trump’s State of the Union address and the timeline of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro’s ouster as potential manipulation risks, stating that this is harmful to the entire industry.

Binance yesterday announced the launch of its developer platform Binance Agent OS, integrating Binance API, Wallet Agentic Hub, Binance x402, Skill Hub, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) into a unified agent-based crypto ecosystem, providing infrastructure for developers to build AI-powered trading, wallet, and on-chain applications. As part of Agent OS, Binance also launched Binance MCP Server, a standardized tool connection layer for compatible AI applications, which currently supports AI agents including Claude Code, Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, and VS Code. With user authorization, eligible accounts, and regional support, AI agents can access market data, check balances and positions via MCP, execute spot, margin, Convert, USD?-M Futures, and COIN-M Futures trades, and transfer funds within Agentic sub-accounts. Binance emphasized that MCP integration does not grant withdrawal permissions, so AI agents cannot withdraw funds to external addresses through this service; relevant permissions must be authorized via separate Agentic sub-accounts isolated from main accounts. Binance noted that Agent OS aims to reduce fragmented integrations between AI agents and crypto infrastructure. As AI agents evolve beyond information generation to tasks like searching, coordinating, and autonomous trading execution, Binance hopes to provide infrastructure for Agentic Crypto applications through a unified set of tools and permission systems. Currently, Binance MCP Server is open for use, and users need to create their own Agentic sub-accounts and transfer assets intended for AI agent use to these sub-accounts.
