One whale withdrew 3,101 ETH from Binance, valued at $7.08 million; another whale is suspected of purchasing 3,092 ETH over-the-counter (OTC) from Galaxy Digital, worth $7.05 million; the address starting with 0x695 bought 1,044 ETH on-chain via CowSwap, valued at $2.39 million.
