Disney’s new CEO Josh D’Amaro has stated that the company’s streaming service Disney+ is the core of its future development. D’Amaro said: “We have a streaming business and scale advantages, so we have now established direct relationships with consumers. According to a market survey by investment bank Lazard, investors in the private equity fund secondary market are changing how they evaluate potential software investment targets.
