Tech stocks’ strong rebound lifted the entire U.S. stock market to close higher across the board; the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index rose more than 3%, with MSTR surging over 12%.

Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest executed another bottom-fishing purchase yesterday, acquiring stocks worth roughly $16.9 million across Coinbase, Circle, Bullish, and Robinhood. The breakdown of the buys is as follows: 45,164 Coinbase shares (valued at $6.85 million), 81,757 Circle shares ($6.21 million), 149,422 Bullish shares ($3.54 million), and 2,943 Robinhood shares ($300,000).

According to Reuters, GameStop says it will continue advancing its acquisition of eBay, even after the e-commerce giant rejected its roughly $56 billion all-cash and stock offer. GameStop CEO Ryan Cohen’s May proposal to acquire eBay took Wall Street by surprise. Cohen argued the combined entity would be a stronger competitor to Amazon, and stated he would oversee its operations. eBay rejected the offer that same month. GameStop noted it remains committed to the acquisition plan, but did not disclose the deal’s rationale or next steps. Separately, in a brief regulatory filing, GameStop projected its adjusted EBITDA for fiscal 2026 will exceed $600 million, up from the $345.4 million reported for fiscal 2025.

According to Lookonchain’s monitoring, crypto KOL Ansem has airdropped 67.38 million ANSEM tokens to over 700 addresses, valued at $9.43 million. Of the total, 49.89 million ANSEM (worth $6.98 million) went to seven addresses. Serenity emphasized that it does not advise anyone to replicate its positions, noting it is only sharing its personal holdings and views. Serenity said the humanoid robot industry is large, citing a Goldman Sachs report that states, "South Korean companies will directly and indirectly account for 30% of global humanoid robot output." It noted that there are numerous players globally, and related companies continue to appear in Goldman Sachs' institutional reports and coverage. Currently, Agility Robotics is its most favored company.
