The Aave Community has activated the Aave V4 on the Ethereum Mainnet through the ARFC proposal.

March 23: The ARFC proposal to activate Aave V4 on the Ethereum mainnet has passed voting, per the Aave Governance page. The proposal aims to deploy Aave V4 to Ethereum mainnet with a security-first approach, using conservative risk parameters and a Hub and Spoke configuration. In the initial release, Aave V4 will operate on a dedicated interface. Next steps include submitting an AIP proposal with full risk parameters to formally complete code deployment and activation. Aave V4 features a modular architecture: a liquidity core holds shared liquidity, while branches define specific lending environments with governance-constrained risk exposure. The initial deployment plan establishes three cores—Core, Prime, and Plus—supporting assets like AAVE, GHO, wstETH, weETH, cbBTC, USDC, USDT, LINK, and XAUt, among others.

Iran: New 'Surprise' Prepared for Battle in the Coming Days

**March 23 (via CCTV International News) — Multiple Iranian media outlets, citing military sources, reported Wednesday that Iran has prepared a "new surprise" for upcoming days of potential conflict—one that could have "significant effect."** The sources claimed U.S. President Donald Trump’s "all military options have failed," and he is seeking an exit by shifting the conflict from the actual battlefield to social media. Trump is aware his military "ammunition is in a very poor state" — unable to secure a military victory or reopen the Strait of Hormuz — so he has resorted to verbal attacks that will only leave him "more disgraced," the sources added. Contrary to Trump’s empty promises, Iran has planned a "surprise operation" for the next few days that will further clarify the conflict’s outcome, the sources said. They advised Trump to "temporarily put down his phone and social media and focus on the sky, the stock market, and oil prices."
